Additional Pippy News Network: Your mans' plane is on time for now.

Assuming I stalked the right flight (and let's face it, I did :)

His plane slept in Cancun last night and flew to DFW this morning. It leaves for Philly within the hour.

There are ATC delays for wind in NYC, but NOT at Philly (yet). There is a short ATC delay program at DFW right now due to low clouds, but unless that worsens, it should not really cause problems.
