Twice is it, I think. Pretty sure I saw Star Wars twice when it was first released. Saw Ice Pirates twice. Saw Cap 3 twice.

There may be a SciFi movie or two that I've seen more than twice because I've been to a half dozen marathons, but I can't think what they would be.
The only reason I saw Ice Pirates twice was because we were refused entry to an R rated film.
