Make it easy. Don't put barriers in my way. Don't make me download something, install it, configure it, it, it, it.
The best example of the way it should work... I just relearned how to put media on my TV from my phone. So when my sister sends us video of my new nephew toddling around the house whilst holding a stick bigger than he is - I can project it.
The first time I did it a few months ago I had an app on my phone, I open it up, the app finds my TV, says, "Hey Mel...is this your TV?" I say "Yes Phone. Meet the TV." They meet and in a second or two I'm projecting my nephew squealing and toddling.
This time I had to download the app again but other than that it was simple.
Simple.
