Make everyone pledge an oath prior to any political speech, debate, or convention. Then, prosecute anyone who lies for perjury. Bill Clinton got in trouble for doing it while in office. We shouldn't have the giant loophole for candidates running for office. People like Trump can't win if anything they lie about on the campaign trail is an impeachable offense.
