if you like garlic ... just drag a clove over the grate - then add the olive oil and balsamic vinegar on top - put it on the table when you're serving bread for everyone to dip into
the oil and vinegar bottles were paired so that 2 would each go together for this ... or if you didn't want to use them for the bread dipping - you can always google their website for recipes using the one's you got from me at this link
