This would be the view from our dining room every night if we bought it.
It's been on the market six months now yet the price has held static throughout.

I'm telling you. An Electronic Collar on the boy and an electric fence and he won't hit the water! -- nm

Thanks. I'll just shut that browser window down now and never think about the house again.

Sweet. I just have a fear of water. We looked at one and I found enough *other* reasons not to buy it. -- nm

My mom says she made the mad dash to the dugout (read: storm pond) near our house for every one of us

the one thing that absolutely *terrifies* me is watching little kids have drinks with ice cubes. I literally can't watch kids suck ice cubes. -- nm

I dunno, any ice cube freaks me out. they're slippery and it was nothing for it to go the wrong way.

i would worry about that too. is there at least a fence? (it would be so lovely and peaceful, otherwise. think of the springtime ribbiting!) -- nm

The one we looked at had no fence and there was a slight incline which meant anything you dropped would roll in to the water. A ball, a baby... -- nm
