T or T in San Fran must be difficult with the buzzer gates and people living upstairs (I used to be a door2door sales biz, could NEVER work the city)

your ideal TnT place is a working class apartment block with lots of kids, you have families expecting kids, and more doors per 100 yards of walking, that's the main problem with fancy suburbs where most of the greedy seem to bus their kids, they have to walk a 100 feet or more between doors, half have cranky old ladies too cheap to give something worthwhile.
