You should start a timer and see how many you can do in 2 minutes. Then multiply that by 15 and you'll have your approximate answer.

Also, do you rename the ones you want to evolve to make it quicker? You should skip the time it takes to transfer while evolving (you probably already do). There is now a way to transfer multiple pokemon at the same time so you can do that after your lucky egg ends.
