I'don't think I could do it without renaming them. Scrolling past a bunch I won't evolve jusy to find one I will?

Takes too much time.
So if something will be a new evolution I put a symbol in front of the name so that it will get priority. Then all the trash I will transfer gets a 1. Then everything I want to evolve and keep gets a 2.
I know I won't make it, but I'm aiming for 60. I have 70 ready and will also be trying to hatch multiple eggs. I always try and hatch as many eggs as possible near the start of the lucky egg.
Also, you should wait for your 7 day streaks, if you can start your evolutions near a Pokestop. Save your first spin and first catch of the day on the day of the streak and get double XP for them as well. Ideally you would save your day 6 spin and catch until about 11:50. Start your lucky egg, spin a stop, make a catch. Then start your evolutions while walking to hatch some eggs. Then just after midnight spin a stop and make a catch for your 7 day bonuses.
