I can see why Amazon had to raise it's minimum for free shipping. Placed an order for 5 items on Dec 31st......

One arrived Friday.
One out for delivery today
One in transit for delivery on Wednesday
One in transit for delivery on Thursday
And David's book - the original reason for the order is due to ship sometime this week :/
