yes.

Add water to the bottom of a skillet. Turn your burner to medium-low heat. Cook your pizza, crust down, for about a minute or two and add two teaspoons of water to the bottom of the pan. Cover the skillet and cook for another few minutes until the cheese has melted for a perfectly crisp crust.
