Suggestions for an easy to keep down fruit juice, workout drink or similar that will provide carbs but on a low sodium basis as well

Got my body measurements and corresponding diet recommendations and one of things that I'm trying to figure out how to do is to get 23-24 grams of carbs into me, first thing in the morning before I go work out. So I'm figuring a juice or something similar is about all I'll be able to handle without having to get up drastically earlier. Right now there's about 50 minutes from wake-up to warm up. I'm thinking that I'll make that an even hour to allow time mix, pour, whatever for the pre-workout stuff.

The 17 g of protein is just moving my protein supplement to the start of my workout and then having a half portion afterwards.
