I just did a forced update and the speech shows up on all of the network schedules now, but some of the other shows are still incorrect.
NBC shows the speech ending at 8:30 and an episode of The Wall starting at 8:40 that is only 20 minutes long. Nothing scheduled between 8:30 and 8:40.
