Donald Trump is a bully.
I am disappointed in many of the GOP leaders' actions over the past few months.
Personally,
I would use minimize and dismiss interchangeably.
Personally,
intimidate implies some level of threat or force behind the rebuttal, trying to prevent future occurance. I also don't see any of this in the Tucker Carlson link.
