How many players can get in the MLB HOF in a given year?

I know that each voter can only vote for 10 players. Can ten get in?

Next year should see a ton:

- Vlad and Trevor Hoffman will most likely just miss this year. They should get in next.
- David will be elated to see Edgar get in his 9th year. If not, he'll get in his last year for sure.
- Bonds and Clemens jumped around 20% this year, and should get in next.
- Chipper Jones and Jim Thome should be first ballot inductees.

That would be 7 HOFers in one year.
