You have an app on your phone
You choose the gym location you want,
and have a list of 40-50 classes during the next 5 days for you to register for, and you can see which instructor is teaching that hour
You can also just walk in and take a class assuming they're not full without pre-registering.
Each day's class is the exact same no matter what location you do and when you go.
It's basically heartrate-based circuit training. You're wearing a heart rate monitor and the goal is to keep it elevated for as long as possible during the class. Your class of 20-30 rotates between 3 stations (treadmill, rowing and floor/weights)
