(not a doctor) Doesn't sound like pneumonia because the folks I know who had it could barely manage to walk across the room

nonetheless, get to the doctor, it could be any of a thousand things

Could be walking pneumonia (it's a real thing), you don't feel as bad but definitely need meds to help get over it -- nm
