From B2: Mop, I agree. This should be so easy. If they wanted a copy at any point in the past 6 months I could've provided.

Now out of the blue they are telling me I'm in violation of my lease and they have to charge me exorbitant fees all because their outdated record says I'm not covered. It's such a rude slap in the face and feels like a money grab. I've never wanted a punching bag more.

I've gone through all my records. They have not once in the past year said boo about this until now. I've received requests to fill out resident surveys, lease renewal notices, even smoke alarm testing notices, but not word one about insurance.
