My policy is up to date and extends through August 2017. The complex is listed as Additional Insured as required. Nationwide happily faxed over another copy of the declarations page to prove I am compliant.
Naturally, no one is in the management office today due to the ice storm, so Tuesday will be the first day I can personally shove it in their faces.
