W.T.F. I have been waiting around all day for the serviceman to fix my (3month old) washer. I called the company and they said they'd call the

technician and call me right back.

20 minutes later, I got fed up and called them back. "Oh, I was just about to call you. He won't be there today. He doesn't have your part. I asked him if he could make it, but he's half an hour away and doesn't want to double back and pick up the part. I guess I can squeeze you in this week. How's Friday?"

Seriously, people?

This company has lousy reviews online, mainly due to issues like this, but they are the company Samsung uses for repairs. This is still under warranty so if I don't want to pay, I guess I'm going to have to deal with this bullshit.
