For those looking for healthy snack, may I recommend pistachios in the shell? That whole work for your food thing is absolutely correct

and pistachios in particular are work.
So my overall diet for a one workout day, currently calls for 2.5 servings of healthy fats. Healthy fat = 15 grams of fat from foods like avocados, olive oil, nut butter or nuts.
In the case of nuts that 15 grams is 1 oz.
For pistachios that's 45 nuts in the shell.
Shelling and eating 45 pistachios takes a measurable amount of time which would typically be all fine and good. Prepping for meals away from the house, less so.
I was gifted several bags of unsalted pistachios over the holidays as I am a fan of them and nuts are one of the few snack foods that can be readily purchased salt free so I've been using them for the fat servings.
Shelling 100+ pistachios even spread across the day....I've purchased cashews for the future
Especially since a non-training day calls for 6 servings
