I think it *should* come up a lot. The GOP has in many cases rigged the deck in their favor

If you throw ethics out the window, you can say "great job guys! well played"......
(And yes, the Dems of been guilty of some gerrymandering too and I don't excuse that)
So the way I see it:
- Complaining about the rigging ain't gonna change a thing.
- Campaigning on the rigging ain't gonna win anyone votes
- Democrats need to live within the rigged system and work to gain back enough power to start unrigging the system
- So goal #1 is figuring out how to win, which as I said above, has nothing to do with complaining about the rigging
- But almost no one on this board works for Dem politician, we're just a bunch of non-political types analyzing, so it's fair and germane to include the fact as *one* fact of the situation.
- And then figure out how to take the next step
