any other comedy I can think of. Maybe something like Pushing Daisies would be a comparison, but the Good Place is funnier while preserving the weird. It's also, so far, really unpredictable. I can guess where I think it might go, but it takes directions I wouldn't even think of (in part because it's creating its own world). It's really, really good.
