... across the street from the Old Post Office Building, which is now the Trump hotel). There isn't a whole lot of room to stand in deep rows, but plenty of room to spread out.
Plus, the crowd looks to me like about the same size as were present to observe the funeral procession for President Reagan down Pennsylvania Avenue in the opposite direction.
