Iceland is a candidate. Since the Sturlung Era in the 1220's we have not changed power through violence, giving Iceland a history of 795 years of peaceful power transition. All transfers have been diplomatic; Norway to Denmark through a union of the two kingdoms (Kalmar Union), the independence movement was peaceful though we did abuse the fact that Denmark had been conquered by Germany.
