OK - Let's discuss something important for a change today - pork roast in a crock pot.

Came out dry. I may just toss the rest.

Direction said 6-8 hours on low. Was in there for 6.

Was that too long and it dried out?

(Seriously - I don't get the crock pot love. I never have things come out well. Should've just done it the old fashioned way in the over.)
