the two guys who created dummy gmail accounts, set up a kind of communicate using draft messages system within it, then sent out the information via snail mail to their friends with codewords and the login info

The investigators haven't yet gotten into it but they did identify the letters via post office scans of all mail noticing the similar envelopes going to many people

The two guys on the run now consider their system "burned" and won't use it
