Shockingly, there are banks who aren't going bankrupt becuase they didn't rush forward to the highest limits the govt allowed.

no one forced banks to rush to these limits or partake of high-risk loans.
Those that did are dying off; those that didn't are reaping the spoils of being smarter than the rest.
