fix the damn fence, the property divider fence is rickety, propped up with poles, but hte last wind storm shifted it away pulling the side fence apart

the one that is the gate to the backyard, lucky the gate posts held, but the panel in the middle just ripped apart, the mid post is rotted away so I dug a hole and buried a post right behind it, I was hoping I could just pull the parts together and back them with a stud and deck screws, looks like I need a whole new panel section.
