unfortunately to negotiate them, you have to understand trade law as it stands....

i mean it's like the most basic thing ever. i've never negotiated a trade deal in my life nor have i read the laws that govern the eu, but even i know you can't just call up individual states in the eu and try and cut a deal with them.
