It's crab stuffed jumbo shrimp wrapped with bacon and served with a dollop of hollandaise sauce on top

pictured here ... it's been on the DLB's appetizer menu since the '70s (www.tripadvisor.com)

All the recipes I see are all into the bourbon glaze, so I'll guess the west coast version uses taquila, east uses cognac - Z2G2 Feb 1, 12:52 1
