Call quality depends on the internet connection. I'm sure yours is fine.

I had Clear for a while, which didn't work at all.
Comcast was fine.
Centurylink has been excellent.
It's the ping that's equally important to the upload speed (assuming download is equal or greater). DSL has better ping than cable. Fiber beats them both. (in my experience)
