My office has it. Mostly good, but a noticeable frequency of bad connections.

Like maybe 2-3% of calls have issues, but defs much higher than when we switched. Issues are either repeated high-pitched beeping, or crackling, and those calls are unintelligible. Otherwise it's fine, no distortion or garble or anything.
