I see no issue with pointing it out as a fact, just like it's a fact that he IS the POTUS b/c popular vote isn't how we elect a president.

However, I don't really see what pointing it out in that ad gets them, nor why they poke the bear with the "want to be a legitimate president" line. I just don't see it being effective.
