Sadly, I view this situation similarly to Reagen's (?) observation that the executive has a lot of leeway when it comes to immigration.

Certainly the execution of the order could have been carried out better. The order was clearly written to discriminate against Muslims. Immigrants are already undergoing "extreme vetting". And ultimately most of the people we are letting into the country now will be similar to the people we will be letting into the country in the future. But it's largely up to the executive branch of government to say "These people: yes. Those people: no."
