I saw a thing awhile back about dairy farmers and how a ridiculous number (80-90%?) of their workers are undocumented.

because no one else wants to do the jobs at the prices the farmers can afford and which are back breaking and labor intensive.
If the crackdown of illegals does happen as expected, these farmers will be unable to get workers and since milk is federally regulated won't be able to adjust prices to compensate. Probably resulting in them closing up shop. Milk could become a scarcity as a result.
