Not so sure I like one of those bills where the veto was overridden.

The bill protected Indiana's private universities (i.e. Notre Dame) from public record requests specifically in the context of records help by the private police forces on those campuses. You could take that one step further and say that you could outsource municipal policing to a contractor and then there would be no accountability.
Pence vetoed the bill and the legislature was quick to override that veto.
