The best solution is to drain the water if possible. The ground is getting saturated (full of water) and has no place to go (relief or outlet). - VMan Feb 10, 09:54 2
- Sonotubes are basically carboard tubes placed in a hole to form the concrete into a cylinder/pillar. Deck blocks are concrete blocks with notches and - VMan Feb 10, 09:58 1
