especially considering Trump's plane lives at LGA, one of the most ATC delay-prone airports (if not the MOST delay prone) we have in the US

That doesn't make his pilot the #1 expert, but he'd certainly be able to talk with some level of knowledge on the challenges (though the pilot likely has little expertise on the details of fixing the issue)
