To a degree. But less so when you're talking about overall security infrastructure.

I mean sure, he knows what's problematic for him, and I'm sure he's got opinions about what would make it better (we all do). But that's different than dealing with a nationwide security system and infrastructure and all that goes along with the multiple interests they are trying to serve.
