that conversation without Trump's knowledge or ok. Obviously a source of question and investigation needed. Given that they didn't have him resign until the lie became public, that would make sense. But consider also that it would mean that they totally went around Pence on this. What a weird dynamic. It lends credence to the idea that there are several factions in the White House. Primarily one being the Pence/Priebus faction and another being the Bannon/Flynn, etc. faction. I mean House of Cards is less complicated and deceitful than this.
