Harvey Cat update..

it seems he has some sort of kidney infection/ partial failure.

They want him to spend 48 hours there on IV fluids to see if that improves anything.

I am torn on this. He is the most terrified cat when it comes to new people or strange situations. I am genuinely concerned that 2 days at the vets with a needle might actually kill him from the stress. My other concern is if this is some form of kidney failure, and we put him through this horrible horrible experience for him, only to discover it can't be fixed, i will feel guilty.

but, NOT doing it seems like that's not an option either.

i have no idea what to do.

for fucks sake this week sucks.
