Correct the issue by putting resources into better ID procedures. It's 2017, everybody should have at least one piece of photo ID.

I'd spend the money so that we'd have a simple, confirmed way to answer accusations of fraud. Absence of IDs is what allows the GOP to claim fraud. -- nm
