Mayweather is as skilled a fighter at evading confrontation and then applying just enough of it, at his choosing to either win on points or do enough

damage to outright win. I've seen slippery guys but credit where it is due - he'll throw a few punches with bad intent. That being said, fighting in a boxing ring is different than an MMA pit.
You may be right, MacGregor may tire himself chasing Mayweather and then be in trouble but I think the more likely scenario is that Mayweather runs to survive and maybe mount enough offense not to embarrass himself but it'll end up like his fight with Pacquioa.
(I'd like to see MacGregor make him tap out).
