Frank (Alec Baldwin) and Nancy Teagarten (Salma Hayek) should be relishing in their new lives as empty nesters after dropping their daughter off at college. But instead of heading out for a celebratory drink, this once well-to-do couple find themselves hitting the booze one night to drown their escalating financial sorrows: a spate of bad luck has left them broke, unable to pay for much of anything let alone pricey college tuition. Their fortunes go from bad to hilariously worse after they wake up the next morning to discover they drunkenly placed an online ad that has earned them an oddball house tenant with a scandalous past (Jim Gaffigan). This one mistake sets in motion a chain of events that leads them down a path of absurd misadventures and brushes with the law. Can they turn it all around before their family and friends discover the mess they’ve made?

The movie has not yet been rated but will likely be rated ‘R.’ The studio cannot, of course, guarantee the rating that the film will ultimately receive.
