I closed my account in 2016 so my login to get my tax docs no longer works.

no, I do. you closed the account.
"can you tell me again please what the problem is?"
I hate outsourced customer service.

i liked using a credit union, but bigger banks work better for business stuff. not sure wells fargo is worse than any other big bank. def no BoA.. -- nm

I love BoA. I've never had an issue. I've never talked to an outsourced call center ever.
