is designed for a single group of trusted associates. It doesn't take user privacy into consideration and there is next to no moderation tools. That would be a strong argument against mixing unassociated groups into the same Slack.

For some things like the classes, a facebook page per class might be easier (my wife's doctorate cohort did this). Something to consider.

- the free thing is totally workable. You just top out at 10k messages in the back buffer. We use free for the EVE slack and we've got like 4300 - oblique, SuperFeud Champion Feb 20, 14:06 1
