There are supposedly extra checks on the right envelope going out onto stage

there are 2 people for the 2 entrances, but they still should be verifying the right envelope.

They've done something like 1200 awards since the last foul up in the 1960's...so things happen.

But how in the world does no one step up and take charge? The faux-winners were in charge...that's not right.
