Nothing like a three hour urgent care visit and wait for meds on a Sunday night to get you pumped for the week to come!

Dinner is done, just hanging out, and Connor comes down at 7:20 saying his throat hurts and his head is hot. It's 7:25, he has a 101.5 temp, urgent care here we come. But, wait, let's just make things a little more interesting, shall we? The urgent care closes at 7:45, it's now 7:30, and it's "at least" a 15 minute drive there...

They were coming to lock the door as I opened it. Beat the clock by the skin of our teeth, and saved us from an even longer, and more frustrating, ER visit.

Connor has a just a minor viral infection, and gets to miss a few days of school, which he's pretty bummed about. NOT!
