NWBR Fitness Report: First time hitting the gym in eight years completed month one last night. 13 visits. Mostly cardio to get my wind back.

Started working in weights last week.

Weight hasn't budged a pound, but my hope is that isn't too far off as I'm putting in some decent work-outs.
